Also:

Bush clearly has the upper-hand. If he can take Florida and Ohio, or several other combinations, he’ll get over the 270 electoral vote threshold and win the election. Kerry is on defense.

Who knows if this is true, but it certainly would not be surprising!

Thankfully, the electoral math seems to be stacking up against Kerry at this point. The best site I’ve found for keeping track of polls is RealClearPolitics.
